One Nation, One Election: Awareness Workshop

Islamic Center Information Hub offers this civic briefing so voters in our city can hear what “One Nation, One Election” is proposing — simultaneous polls, possible changes to terms of assemblies, and arguments made for and against — without a party banner in the room.

The workshop uses a short presentation, a glossary of terms, and time for questions. We connect the topic to a Muslim citizen’s duty: to understand the law of the land, to reject rumour, and to vote as an adult responsible before Allah ﷻ and the Constitution.

Youth preparing for competitive exams and first-time voters from Madina Colony often attend. The Center does not tell anyone which party to support. It does insist that ignorance is not piety.
